I don’t get why we have the 20 characters limit
Probably because they need to send along extra information (such as Poster, and probably a few other things) which takes up enough space for Blizzard to warrant the usage of a character limit from a business standpoint.
From a realistic standpoint, a character limit is just going to make most people shove more characters into their post to meet the limit-- thereby accomplishing the exact opposite of what was likely intended.
I saw one guy just write the word “No” in his post as a response. I’ll find it if I can, but I have no idea how he did it. No was literally the only thing he wrote.

Remove the quotation marks and that makes an invisible 10 characters. Two of those and you can post as little as you want!
