This is unacceptable. Having to wait around 9 minutes to find a match as a dps and then having someone leave in the first minute so u get to wait another 9 minutes is beyond bs.
AND THIS IS IN PLAT.
While role queue has it’s ups it also has it’s downs and this is extremely frustrating to encounter each and every time I want to play as a dps.
I am well aware that many want to play dd but how does that excuse em?

F you for being a DPS player, you deserve nothing but hate, go leave the game because I’m upset that your way of playing the game does not equal my way, so suffer.
I honestly don’t get whey anyone would only queue as one role.
One look at my profile will reveal an unhealthy obsession with Zenyatta, but I always queue all three roles. It keeps things feeling fresh, and it’s nice to finally be able to play the roles I’m not as good at against more similarly skilled opponents.
Don’t play dps, play tank, it has the lowest queue times.

I agree they need to lower the dps q times but blizzard can’t just do it magically. What solution would you propose to solve this problem?
Just got good at one or the other, you will learn to appreciate it and it will be fun (trust meh)

Blizzard isn’t able for o truly lower the queue times, it’s all the people that are playing dps that are making them long, Blizzard can try to fix it but it will still be a long queue.
I limited myself to 1/3 BECAUSE I can’t only play healers/tanks … It gets tiring OK?
And besides you can’t choose more than 1 role in group queue.
If you need to make ur post more then 20 character and you don’t want to show that do < and put random words inside that don’t have any commas or stuff like that>
if you que for all rolls (or que for DPS + any other) you’ll never play DPS…
before the role que i hardly played DPS because of insta lock… now i don’t play it for the damn long que! 
then throw in some leavers and just overall bad matchmaking… and voila, best reason to never touch DPS ever again… and never play this game on a weekend for obvious reasons…

Im plat on ps4 and highest i have had was almost 8 min and Xbox Im diamond highest was 6 and Im West Coast NA
Is it just me or did you buy this game to play it not sit in a queue? Want to kill game add hours of queue time and see what happens. I’ve had 6+minutes as support in bronze. Back when it took less than 2 minutes to get into match normally any day any time. I have 3 more placements and I’m done!

But I still dont mind about queue times regardless of how long they’re or what game im playing.
