I sympathize with this guy…
It often feels like the matchmaking is doing saying “these players need help” and you’re tasked to baby sit and hold their hand through the game.
It’s rare to get a game that everyone feels like they’re on the same page and more importantly same flow.
It’s really annoying to see fallacy throughout my team. /ocked into a role and unable to plug the holes in a sinking ship
I’ve said this for literally years now and all I ever get is grief about it. Nobody who’s already higher-ranked, and got their easily because they’re already 3-4 tiers more skilled when they started, will give the benefit of the doubt to people like us. They dismiss our common experience as impossible or say it’s all our fault.
But make no mistake – Blizzard’s matchmaking system appears, based on many years of experience, to be designed to do one thing and one thing only – ensure a complete and utter stomp.
And in my games, the way it does so is like you said – ensuring the best six players are on one team, and the worst six players are on the other. There’s never an actual fight, just a steamroll.
