Lucio and Ball should have some great synergy BUT because of the nature of speed boost, Wrecking Ball is often rendered uncontrollable while being buffed by Lucio’s speed aura–this makes it a very difficult/unfun-to-playt duo. And it should work well together! Right now the comp is only good for a immense amped up speed boosts out of point, which admittedly, has very niche value.
I propose a speed boost cap be put into place so that Wrecking Ball is almost or not at all affected by it while other characters still would be. This way Lucios can do their thang without fear of undermining or messing up their Ball.
