These abilities are badly designed! We have a hero with infinite invisibility who just waits to hack an ult. How is that fair? It takes a lot of work to farm an ult, then have a no aim ability on a 2 second cool down totally cancel it. I get an ult like emp canceling it or a skill shot like sleep on a long cool down do it. But a cheese ability like hack? Give me a break devs.
Then we have Mercy a relatively low skill hero with a tiny hit box with some of the best movement in the game. You have a resurrect ability that doesn’t need line of sight that can erase an elim. Sure it’s on a relatively long cool down, but it’s way to easy to get value from and not easy to stop unless you immediately one shot or boop her. Resurrecting a tank back to full heal when now it takes a really long team to take them down, is ridiculous. That is a badly designed ability.
To make these abilities fair, sombra should not be able to hack an ult to cancel it, only her EMP should be able to do that. As for resurrect, if Mercy does pull it off, she needs to have line of sight and that hero should only have half health!
I think Sombra’s icon needs to pop up on your screen in whatever direction she is hacking you from. Having to work out where she is hacking you from within the 1 second it takes to hack her target isn’t enough time.
No sorry, but rez is a high risk high reward ability. She should not be able to use it without line of sight!! The counterplay is hide yet still see the hero you are rezzing!
