Genji needs a fix…NOW…

Genji Dash Hitbox is broken and blizzard is doing nothing to fix it.

Genji is just not worth to play,i win more if i play freaking widomaker and i dont even have good aim.

Buff his kit…fix his dash hitbox…fix his deflect…and he would be perfect

Literally if a hog aims at my shoulder,and if he is just a little on the side he can hook me mid deflect…

The only good thing about genji is his ult and even that is very easy to counter…

Genji used to be one of the hardest heroes to play and the best…now he is still one of the hardest but its doesn matter,he is trash,he is useless.Unless you are a smurf its impossible to do something with him.

He is being like that for the past 8 seasons.

Yes you might get a good play here and there but he is not a consistent dps.

After the ultimate charge nerf u just totally killed him and now Sigma.He cant even deflect sigmas rock.

Genji got houndreds of inddirect nerfs

When Moira came he got nerfed,Moira counters him

When Baptiste came he got nerfed,Baptiste can make his ult useless

When Hammond came,he didn got nerfed but genji doesn have any impact on ball

When Briggite came,He got nerfed

He got only a few nerfs,the biggest one being his ult duration,then his deflect then the triple jump fix and the ledge dash fix.

The problem with his hitbox while dashing was for ages and it looks like blizzard doesn care about it.

And now lets see how we can fix genji,i asked a few gm/t500 players how they would fix genji so lets see

Most of them said the same think

Make his shurikens faster and faster reload time

Shift genji powers from his ult to his general hit

Genji is in a weird situation where if u make a change and is slightly to good he would be crazy op,i think his deflect needs some buff

So,i dont think a genji change would come soon but i hope it will,im done of getting stunned,booped,countered,sleeped,and just losing matches because of how bad genji is.

I agree that Genji needs a deflect buff, because of favour the shooter.
If someone is lagging badly, and on your screen you deflect, it doesnt matter because you could be still jumping on their screen

With the way things are right now I kind of agree. Genji is a very hard hero to play and its even harder to get any value out of him.

With the recent Nerf to ultimate charge I feel like Genji was the one hero that was affected the most by this change. Not to mention with the release of every new hero having at least ONE or multiple cooldown’s which will completely mess with the ultimate’s flow.

In my opinion I think they need to make changes to Genji’s core mechanics. Everyone knows his play style, what angles he may try to exploit, when he may engage etc… he is too predictable simply because no changes have been made to him in years while everyone else is getting either reworked or buffed.

Agree, Genji is too weak right now, there are a lot of new counter heroes in the game, he needs a more consistent damage

Just lower the spread of the right-click a small amount and give him an extra jump, that’s all he needs tbh.

over 4% pickrate and 50% winrate even when the meta doesn’t suit him. yeah really weak character.

Well the thing is Genji will always be ‘weak’ when dive isn’t the meta, yet Nano Blade is simply way too strong in its own to warrant a slot even if the Genji is afk for the other whole 3 minutes. He’s weak and at the same time broken.

If you are doing fine with widow, play widow then. Why does your favorite hero has to be meta all the time? I don’t understand what you mean by 3 years anyway.

How about delete his deflect ability and give him a proper skill? I could never understand why a squishy dps has the best defensive cd ability in the game…

I would play widomaker if i would enjoy playing her.And by 3 years i mean about dash hitbox.The dash hitbox is pretty bad since the game came out but nobody noticed then.

I think they should give him back his ledge boost. That was a great way to get really good ults off and was a high skill thing to do.

You know what I love about Genji’s? Being able to melt them down with Moira and watching them struggle to stay alive.

Genji’s only value is farming blade and getting nano’d, if you don’t have an Ana you’re essentially throwing unless you’re a literal god on the character, its very hard to play him when there is so much CC and beams in the game. Genji is probably the highest skill gap hero in the game, but the problem is if you change something about him then he will be far to overpowered in the right hands, I love playing Genji, I really do and it makes me sad that he is essentially useless if he doesn’t have Nano Blade but we;re going to have to wait for a new Meta because blizzard aren’t going to change anything about him.

Yeah,the hitbox is not really that big but it doesn follow your movements,a lot of times i dash away from a fight ,but i get stunted,not where i am but where i started the dash and i just get teleported back.
