Getting penalized because your game isn’t optimized for RTX graphics cards is starting to get old. Return the SR and the time, or fix the game. Its annoying that this is where a title 1 game is with all the support it could possibly need.

Unfortunately all disconnections and game crashes counts as leaving the match and will be penalized appropriately. The game server has no way to discern a legitimate disconnection or game crash from one that is forcefully caused by a dishonest player to bypass leaver penalties. Still haven’t fixed the bug in YOUR game that’s causing the graphics to be lost, now on an 8 hour ban because you still believe the hardware has to match the software. PRO TIP: nowhere in the world is it acceptable to pass the blame on hardware for poor stability in coding. Own up and fix it.
