I primarily purchase BPs as a way to support games I enjoy. I want content to keep coming, and I know that it’s not cheap to run servers.
And when I support a game, I expect it to be properly managed and maintained if I am to continue to support it.
But at this point, if the developers cannot properly give out the competitive rewards that players rightfully earned, the game is not being properly maintained.
And if the game is not being properly maintained, it does not deserve my BP purchase.
I feel it is reasonable to request:
- A proper response to the lack of competitive rewards. Address the problem and outline your solution.
- A BP refund if this problem is not fixed. If I cannot trust you to properly maintain your game, I am no longer investing in it.
