Why play the game at all… for some people ranked is the only game mode that make sense.
how is my mode preference relevant? if its unstable the option shouldn’t be there.

Well, I’d imagine your complaint wouldn’t exist had you had some dc’s while playing a less relevant game mode, but since you chose to play comp, the dc actually has some relevance, thus bringing you to the forums to complain.
It’s launch day. There are going to be loads of people queuing to get in. There will also be server issues. You made the decision to play ranked when the potential for server issues was at it’s highest.

I thought that somebody said that ranked would become available after 50 or something played games in unranked. Maybe it only applies to new players or are they also allowed to jump straight in to competitive?

I’d imagine they taste like rubber, since that is what most boot soles are made of. Besides, you’re doing Bobby a greater favor by adding positive metrics to his newly released game.

What moron plays ranked in the first hour of launch and expects it to be stable? There’s not a dev/publisher out there that doesn’t have dumpster fire launches. This isn’t new. It’s hella disingenuous to pretend like this is unexpected
