Since blizzard support is as useful as a tailbone, this is the only other place I can hopefully discuss my issue. I logged in and played about 75% of my first unranked (or any) game in about six to eight months, when my internet dropped out. I then logged back in after two minutes troubleshooting and got smacked with a two hour play suspension? Was it a result of my DC? Or is it a bug that any other players have faced?

their servers are having connection issues for the past few WEEKS, nothing from blizzard about fixing the issue
so you disconnecting may not be an issue at your end,
i am not sure how long it takes to clear up. your QP suspensions.
for comp, they mentioned a few seasons back that your ranked suspensions do not reset and carries over to future seasons
i completely undersand your fustration, i myself has been getting disconnected randomly in games and it’s fustrating that blizzard is ignoring the issues that is preventing the users from playing.
OW2 itself causes a DC spike, which momentarily crashes the entire internet. More information about it here:
Quitting a game early, regardless of reason, racks up a tally. This is not reset until you prove you can play games without leaving. Time has nothing to do with it.
