Oh the catharsis.

I still care about the game, but it’s actually so frustrating to play nowadays. Eventually I’ll reinstall, but OW has really put me in bad moods these past couple of days. I guess that’s what losing 160 sr will do to you I guess.

I strongly believe the following.

  1. These devs don’t know how to handle large amounts of data.
  2. They screwed up something with 222 and don’t know how to fix it.
  3. They don’t know how to fix dps wait time. (Never understood why someone who likes to pew pew need to wait 12 to 15 minutes even at below diamond.)
  4. They’re forcing people to buy new accounts for profit vs consumer model.

Good luck. Every time I take a break from this game it gets worse. They don’t allow you to delete OW accounts btw, you’d have to delete your entire battle.net account.

The matchmaker is the only thing that frustrates me. It’s incredibly rigged in an obvious way.

It’s like, pulling the arm of a slot machine and hitting jackpot, but instead of it paying out a little arm pops out and moves the last 7 up.

Yeah I lost 400 SR due to the matchmaker. How do I get games with tanks that are bronze when I’m mid-gold. TF?

Improving seemed to stop mattering at some point after 2/2/2.

In the old all pick mode, you could actually show improvement regularly. Improvement that would create wins instead of the matchmaker rigging you out of another one.

I was an advocate for 2/2/2, but the matchmaker just doesn’t work with it.

How long before the people show up who tell you to “git gud?” as an option to fix a broken system? While if you look in my post history you see a 3 stack going afk to de-rank.

It’s like telling someone to “get more money” when they complain about stagnant wages and rising costs of everything.

Pitiful.

Here is another one. The grouping system doesn’t help either. Saturday, 70% of the games in the grouping system was for the following:

  1. Voice sexual encounters.
  2. Playing piano and banjo.
  3. Lets de-rank together. (yeah this is great)
  4. More voice sexual encounter encouragement.
  5. Oh yea, let’s see how legal this gets when you monitor the conversations. Kids play this game?

Thanks Overwatch team. I’m guessing the team from OW v1 are all gone by now.

lol I used to post in those threads when someone said “I climbed so can you”, I would follow with “I won the lottery once, You should too, money is good.”

taking breaks is good why uninstall? what if u wanna play again but u have to download it, which takes time

This one is more of a thread on how taking breaks of Overwatch is kinda necessary because of the unequitable matchmaking and the toxic players. It’s just a person venting out their frustration and it’s their personal right so I see no problem
