That’s why mass rez existed. To punish idiotic uses of ults. Yes, it needs tweaking. But I think a little tweaking, and this Mercy unironically would be more balanced than live Mercy. Really pleased with this change overall.

Blizz never actually wants strategy, just ult spam. Old, instant mass rez was the counter to ult spam, now there is no counter lmao

It does not take that much teamwork to not spam ultimates. Even I could manage it back in 2016. She ressurects 3-5 only for them to get rewiped by my saved ultimate.

No, I got that. I just feel like the issue there is bad players, not bad teamwork. If anything, technically combining ultimates is decent teamwork.
Bad players don’t like teamwork and Blizz caters to them is thr biggest problem tbh
The punishment for throwing out 6 ults is running out of ults.
If that wins games because you got backed into a corner with no good options, you lost the ult economy last fight and deserve to be punished for it.
To be fair, throwing 6 ults out is punishment by itself. You’ve practically guaranteed that you lose the next team fight by setting your ult bank to zero.
So you just press q to counter 6 ults? I though you guys hate abilities like that?
To be frank, I don’t think even 6 ults should be safe from counterplay.

It would also solve the 2cp issue to some extent since there would be a counter to ult dumping that is usually the quick winning strategy there.
Using 6 ults all at once is dumb, but mass rez is one level below that.
Honestly teamfight shouldnt be decided by ults. Ults are just crutch among crutches.
