I’m having an issue that I think might be related to the Wave Broadband packet issue. I’ve ran both traceroute and MTR and in both of them there is an ARIN registered to Wave (hop 5). Regardless if it’s related, I wanted to post this in case anyone else with Fibersphere was having the same problem. I’ve already opened a ticket with Blizz and they haven’t been able to offer a good solution outside of using a VPN.

I’m experiencing the same problem even after the fixes went live for the Wave Broadband issues mentioned here. Unfortunately, I play on Xbox and am not capable of getting a WinMTR to help diagnose this. This issue has existed for over at least a month and a half now.
On Fibersphere in Portland too. The issue seems sporadic for me. Every other game. However when the fixes for Wave went in I had no issues until the latest patch. The last too hops are misleading because they seem to drop icmp packets regardless of whether the issue is happening or not
