I originally did it for fun but now its all gone. so I’m leaving for now… see you all, and have a great time posting here until you eventually get bored too

I feel you. I’m only waiting for one very specific thing to happen at Blizzcon and then after that potential havoc I’m leaving the forums too.
Yeah it’s getting repetitive lately and tbh the forums aren’t exactly monitored well anymore.
It’s been less than a year since I started posting and even I’ve seen the drop.
Usually I poke in these threads with popcorn but I actually agree for once.
I feel it has always been repetitive to be honestly. At least once the game settled down. We go through these droughts where there is literally nothing to talk about as a result of time passing and only controversial topics stir the pot. Right now, that is role lock, naturally.
I think it has more to do with a changing tolerance rather than the forums changing per se.

I wish I could stop playing, but then I wouldn’t have anything to play with 6 friends, all of which only share overwatch in our game pools.
I only play with a few friends as of now anyway so I’ll likely stop. Only my sniper friends came back with 222 since tanks and supports are required, but gimped.
We hang out in parties but that’s possible since I play console. Each of us in our own app or game just chatting. But as a group, we haven’t done it much.
It’s just not fast enough and when you grind the game for hours, it’s a long af time between changes.
