It’s not possible. You have two healing abilities. One which has 9 seconds of use, the other 10.
It takes 9 seconds for the first to be full again.
That makes you have 1 second healing.
We’ve already talked about this…
Mercy’s healing has no downtime.
Moira’s healing does have a downtime.
You can capitalize on Moira being unable to heal her team.
