No, it doesn’t. Healing/damage are her primary/secondary fire, not abilities (res).
This is just another variation of someone asking for mass res to be returned in some way, shape or form which (with no malice I assure you) I sincerely doubt happening as Blizzard removed mass res and gave their reasons at that point.
I’d actually like to see a discussion start about complete replacements for res if it’s not making Mercy players happy, perhaps I’ll start a thread myself?
