I love this idea so much !
It would encourage actual engagement, exactly what we need !
People would no longer complain about “no counterplay instant press Q to win” nor they would complain about “just hide n rez easy no skill”

Also, it would fit perfectly with how I saw Mass Rez.
If I played Mercy, it was because she was fun and she was the only reliable counter to throw all your ults to win.

10m looks a bit too small to me, why not keeping the 15m since you added LoS ?

I would prefer 15m but threw 10m in the example as a sort of nerf to show some compromise.

Another reason I like this is because if you’re with your team in the heat of battle and can still manage to survive that 3 seconds after announcing to the enemies that you’re about to revive your team then you truly deserve to have the resurrect and they deserve to be countered.
