I understand there’s an error when adding competitive charms to favorites.
Even though I’ve added the two charms from the previous season to favorites hero by hero, when I log out of the game and log back in, they appear as if I haven’t added them to favorites on any hero.
Apparently, these are just the competitive rank charms.
I’ve attached two screenshots; you can see the time difference on the clock.
