I watch some Sailor Moon when I was a kid, but tbh I forgot the plot and stuff. Since then, I really liked Little Witch Academia on Netflix, and does Kill la Kill count?

I have been meaning to watch Madoka for years at this point. Sailor Moon is basically the only one I have ever seen, so it’s my favorite by default.

Same. Seems like a lot many watched DBZ when they were kids. I did not know what i watched back then was anime. I randomly watched it when i come from school and did not know what i even watched. I used to fight with sis to watch it. She on other watches stuff like Oprah show and few others.

I’m Gundam.

Yeah! I didnt know either. To me, it was an Epic cartoon I just couldnt stop watching!

Gundam Wing was definitely another one. HEEERRROOOOO! Another Epic cartoon :sunglasses:

Another good one I watched recently is LBX Girls. Sorta like a blend of Sailor Moon and Gundam.

Same here. Big Dragon Ball fan, still watch all the latest releases. Actually not true, I havent watch Heroes or whatever. But specially the part about not knowing that I was watching anime when I watched DBZ, I resonate with that. I used to make fun of anime watchers (specially Naruto weebs) for being weirdos (ig) all throughout middle school and HS, but it was only until I got to college that I realized I had been watching anime all along in Dragon Ball. I exposed myself as a fake and fraud that entire time. Peace has long since been restored, but I still mock my brother for watching Naruto from time to time.

I did not see Gundam as kid. I don’t think i ever saw it in TV. Back then it was Jonny Quest, GI Joe, Swat Kats, Dexter, Richie Rich, Jetsons, Centurions, TaleSpin, Duck Tales and few others.

My first Gundam i watched was Gundam Seed and that was few years back. Recently watched Blue Exorcist & Shangri-La Frontier.

Huh, Ok.

I watched all my Anime back as a kid on Toonmani, a special programming slot on Cartoon Network. Its pretty wild looking back all those years ago back in the early 2000’s and now seeing my favorite game OW collab’in and make themes today based on some of my favorite shows. Its like Fate or something :smiling_face_with_tear:

I haven’t watched all DB too. I watched DBZ to many times and Super is amazing. Apart from that i watched GT which is meh to ok. Original DB is ok too. Haven’t watched Daima. Sis makes fun of me for watching animation and i should watch her show. I watched few of them and said whatever and went to watch animation.

I love watched Naruto shippuden a lot. Some of the fillers can be boring to watch. They are pretty amazing episodes and music in there.

Super is Amazing! One of my favorite parts of DB Super is the Magical Girl influences! Its so cool! I love when Animes borrow from other genres and do their own version of it. So fun! :woman_fairy: :innocent: :heartpulse:

I havent watched the newest one either. Watched a little GT but I could not really get into it like DBZ or Super.

I don’t think I’ve watched any, unless you’re willing to count some western cartoons I watched when growing up, like The Powerpuff Girls or My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.
My anime viewing is pretty limited, pretty much just consisting of Studio Ghibli movies, and a handful of shows, like Cowboy Bebop & Death Note.

Id consider Powerpuff Girls the American version of the Magical Girl genre. Definitely a fun show growing up. So many wild characters!

You should watch Stein’s Gate. It’s the anime for people who believe anime sucks. It’s not even technically an anime. It’s a visual novel adaptation. You can’t go wrong.

And also Buttercup was the best.

Daima is great. Worth a watch. Has that goofy GT feeling but its better.

Omg, your talking about those magical girls from the other universe in the ToP? I hated that part. Everyone hated that part. Its was actually just the fat one Ribrianne or something that annoyed everyone. She single handedly made people hate magical girls for a minute.
