When I was D.Va flying thru Juno’s Hyper Ring, it was a Rush! So exciting! So fast! So Hyper! 
But with the new mid-season nerf, Hyper Ring feels like Normal Ring. The magical ability is almost completely gone

They should buff Rings of Saturn to give everyone more speed intentionally. That’s the solution.
i mean as stupid and OP as it was with paired with boosters, it did make Dva actually look as fast as she went in that one short

It was not a nerf and rather a bugfix (that made it stronger that it should have been, so kind of a nerf…). I think some things went over the 1.75 speed cap with Juno and now its fixed.
I get that it was a bug and the speed was broken, but speed ring without the bug feels so underwhelming… It’s hardly noticeable that you even get speed. No, this is not the result of me getting used to the zoomies speed. When Juno was released I felt like her speed was very underwhelming. Then all of a sudden it gave dva this rush. I was quite confused but assumed I just hadn’t noticed the speed buff it gave boosters. A bug explains everything. RIP fun with zoomies

Its funny how its considered a “bug” now when it really felt like that was the intention of the Hyper Ring. RIP sweet Zoomies 
This is how I felt about kitsune with zen before they fixed it. Everyone got super speed but zen got omega hyper speed fire rate lol
Fun but it was a bug so it had to get fix
