I dont know if this is possible, but wouldnt it be awesome if Blizzard made an official competition and the Winners come into the Game?

A lot of the sprays have been commissioned by Blizz from fans and the like. Pink Mercy sprays and the new D.Va sprays were commissioned by artists that aren’t employed by Blizz.
I think this would be kinda neat.
Perhaps to be fair to people of all skill levels, people could submit an idea/drawing to the best of their ability for a spray and if chosen, a Blizz artist can recreate it if need be?
