In Stadium there are buffs for weapon damage and ability damage. Which does fan of the hammer fall under? If it is weapon, then his only real ability is the flashbang. Thoughts?
if u press Left Alt while hovering an item/power it should tell u what it effects. To answer ur question, i am pretty sure weapon power buffs his right click. But, be careful because a lot of his powers/items specifically say that it buffs primary fire not secondary as another effect in addition to the weapon power buff

It’s weapon damage.
His abilities are combat roll, flashbang, and deadeye. There’s a power that makes Combat Roll deal damage. If you equip items that boost ability damage, the roll’s damage scales up with it.
