False report for hacking

I was reported for hacking in a competitive game, when I was not. My scoped accuracy was 56% and scoped critical accuracy was 20% I love playing widow and am a one trick widowmaker player, I’m currently level 139 I have spent over 200 hours on her and genuinely enjoy getting better and playing as her. I’ve spent so much money on this game on skins for her and other heroes and am a loyal player, so I would absolutely be devastated if something were to happen to my account. I am concerned about my account getting banned/suspended for a false accusation. I have already submitted a report on this person who said in game chat that I was “hacking” for griefing since they disrupted and ruined the game for not only me, but the other people on my team since I was kicked and they were down one dps player. I have taken screenshots on my PS5 of what they said, the game report of both the team and personal, and have taken a screen recording of the replay as proof. I just want to take preventative measures in case my account truly does get banned/suspended, although nothing has happened to my account at this moment I’m just worried something will. Does anyone know what I could do about it? Or do I just sit on my thumbs and wait it out and hope nothing happens. This is my first hacking “allegation” haha and to my knowledge I don’t believe I’ve been reported before. I instantly got kicked from the match too. I’ve never EVER used hacks before and never will, it’s way more fun to play with your own skillset than rely on silly hacks. The thing is too is that I was missing plenty of shots and I suppose I must’ve hit more headshots on this person than the rest of their team. I wasn’t even doing crazy good or targeting anyone either, we hadn’t even gotten to the second round of the match as well. It seems this person was just butthurt about getting killed in a game where that’s practically the main point and being on the losing side of the match, it sucks that anyone can report anyone and get kicked from a game with false accusations. I am not sure if I got mass reported or not, when I have reported someone for their behavior and “violating the game’s code of conduct” they don’t get kicked immediately especially when they truly are exhibiting violations and/or being a bully. I have tried looking for where to submit an appeal/report on the official battle.net website, but I am unsure if I am even applicable to submit one in the first place. It seems I just have to wait it out.

Hi, this forum exists as a peer-to-peer troubleshooting area for crashes or installation problems happening with the Overwatch client.

No account action disputes have ever been handled in the public game forums. Plus, who is gonna read all that?

Your only option is filing an appeal through the ticket system. Definitely recommend against posting like that in a ticket to Blizzard.
