About a month ago I came off a month long suspension and was immediately met with a subsequent “ban”. I received no email about the ban and after numerous tickets I found out my account was not actually banned, but just appeared so in the Battle.net client. This false ban prevents me from logging into Overwatch on Xbox, as I’m hit with Error LS-403 every time. I’ve tried this on three different Xbox’s on two different networks and have had no luck. I’m still completely able to log in and play on PC though, despite the actual client displaying that I’m banned. I mainly play on console and support has offered me no solutions, only giving me advice as if it were a network issue (which it isn’t and I’ve disproved) and tells me that it will be fixed soon, which it still hasn’t been. Is anyone else getting this issue and does anyone have a fix for it?
