Update:
After sending weekly tickets for a month, blizzard decided actually to take a look at his case and unbanned him.

For everybody who is in the same situation that he was, don’t get discouraged and keep trying, it’s all you can do.

it took me 4 weeks to get a false ban removed from my account. i only can advice researching what programs you have that most likely very few other people use while playing the game. then write all down and report it directly to the bug report forum as a false detection.
