Banned since March for using “hacks” and as we all know fighting with customer service is absurd, very large threads were created on the subject but Blizzard decided to delete them. I also leave the software I use:

Got banned today and my HyperX NGENUITY app updated over the last few days.
It’s probably not a software that has gotten you banned. One of my accounts got banned a week ago for “cheating” it’s very very easy to get banned because of this very advanced anti cheat that doesnt exist. You just get banned if enough people report you no matter if you’re legit or not.
However you can create a ticket and if you’re lucky an actual human being will review your case and actually look at the evidence, then they’ll make a decision from that.
In overwatch 1 this never happened nor did it happen before season 4. I love blizzard.
Would be nice if they actually invested some of that yatch money in a real anti cheat and stop with this automated ban by report system. Would also be nice if they started caring about the game.
I am adamant that it is the software that caused the bans, and thats why im putting so much work into it and try to gather everyone who got banned. Because everyone who got banned today or yesterday and got back to me got this exact software and it rolled out an update within the last 2 days, depending on your region.

Wow, thank god this is not just happening to me. This morning I played 3 matches of Kiriko in Role Queue then got booted out of the game in the middle of the capture point on Illios. Overwatch 2 emailed me, detailing it was for “hacks,” but as the sole account owner and securely authenticated with battle.net - how do I say this- I don’t use hacks? I hear HyperX NGENUITY is something common with this false positive ban spree.

I’ve filed a ticket and they got back to me to say I’m still gonna be banned- surprising. Of course, probably part of the marketing scheme to get me to buy Diablo IV.
Hamachi is fine. All it does is make it seem like you’re on a LAN to other PC’s. Which if Overwatch was banning for LAN networks literally every single PC player would be instantly banned.
I have read this software people have narrowed it down to this software which very recently just got an update.
I also got banned as of yesterday mid match for “hacking”, I use hyperx ngenuity software as well for my headset.

I got banned also 3 hours ago.All i did was update my hyperx drivers cause my mouse was disconnecting all the time and also updated ique corsair for my headset.I dont know what did the thing for the ban but after appeal for the ban i was notified 10 minutes ago that it was an error from blizzard and now the ban is lifted.The problem is that i still have my account banned even after the e mail.This is the e mail(if its not allowed,a mod can delete it : Greetings,

Got my closure overturned email around the same time as OP. I’m trying to get into Overwatch although the ban is still in effect for me.
I got an email 17 mins later saying I was unbanned - 12 hours on and I’m still banned
I also use HyperX NGENUITY
Same thing happened to me. 15 hours later, still not able to play. put in a support ticket with BLizz but this is ridiculous
So for those who were unbanned; can you play on your account now?
Yeah, perfectly fine, with NGENUITY as well, no problems anymore.
Bszzard hit the new bottom. Like every time, you think there is no another bottom but they always find it.
I was also falsely banned today. The only common denominator from your list that I have is Chrome and LGHUB.

Well I haven’t been banned, but I can confidently say these programs running will not get you banned:
- OpenRGB
- Aurora RGB
- Microsoft Visual Studio
- Unity Editor
- Notepad++
As far as Chrome and Discord, don’t be ridiculous. There would be literally millions of false positives if these got you banned.
