Blizzard I once again hand it to you on managing to screw the game up. I didnt realize me failing to connect was grounds for a suspention in competitive. Its great really. Not being able to connect then being blamed for it. Great work you f****** s***** a** c****.

main issue is that there was a suspention
This has been an issue even back into OW1 days. Unfortunately, they just choose not to put in the money and resources to review why someone left the comp match.
IE: Server error - should never be suspended if it’s their Server having the connection issue.
OR
If someone clicks “Leave Match”, those are ones that should be penalized. They just don’t have the means to monitor that.
