I watched almost all of the streams and I earned Bastion a week ago with no problems. But I never received Reinhardt. I am 100% sure that I saw green dot during stream and there was no malfunction on internet. I hope to receive the skin soon.

Bastion was no prob but still no rein skin and I prob watched 20-25 hours past bastion.

Same here and I see a LOT of people having a similar issue on Twitter - got the Bastion skin, then watched at least 4-5 EU streams and a few from AU and NA - no Rein. I use Chrome, tried Brave for one stream, always had the green dot, always logged in, never muted - still no Rein. Not sure which streams they were exactly, but for sure the ones below, probably missing one or two:

Is there a way to retroactively apply the skin? Would hate to be missing just that one, I have all the previous releases.
I did have a buddy who missed all of week one and most of day 1 and still got both skins by the end of the Korean stream the second day. It may have something to do with getting Bastion week 1 and not being able to get him week 2. Good Luck everyone!
I must have reached nearly 20, and the website (apart from the first streams showing an error in the early minutes) always worked properly for me. Watched several streams from start to end, and still nothing.
PS: Got Bastion as soon as I had the amount required. Reinhardt is the one missing!
Failed to earn Reinhardt skin only!!! Help!!
Same with me, I got the Bastion skin, then watched every EU stream and dipped a little bit into AU, KR and NA, but I still havenāt got the Rein skin. I watched on Chrome and Safari (the Iphone browser), always had the green dot there and I was always logged in. Iāve never had problems recieving any skins besides this one. Iām not sure which streams of KR, AU and NA I was in but like I said i was on every stream of EU. Iām located in Germany and play on the EU servers.

I watched all of these streams and got only bastion! I watched more than 10 hours and the skin didnāt drop on my account. So i tried blizzard support tooā¦ i made sure ro reload the page and make sure the green icon and the reward messages were there

I got the Reinhardt skin (!), but DID NOT GET THE BASTION! I know, it doesnāt make any sense, i even tried switching region to america/asia in battle.net - no Bastion, Reinhardt unlocked. It shouldnāt be possible, clearly some kind of a bug.

Hello, after watching streams constantly I received Contenders Bation but my Reinhardt skin is not appearing please fix this, thank you.
I watched all of the above, using Google Chrome over Wifi on a mobile phone, and having the broadcast fullscreened to avoid timing out (as well as refreshing every break/if it lagged for more than 2 mins. No skins yet.
Yes to green dot, yes on contenders website, yes cookies/cache cleared, US region.

I watched all streams after March 16. I got the Bastion skin, but didnāt get the Reinhardt one.
I was watching on my PC, on the Contenders website, the green dot was on, the stream was not muted and I didnāt open any other tabs during the streams. Iām using Google Chrome, cleaned all the cookies and I was logged in to my account. Iām in the Netherlands and never had problems with getting skins or tokens before.
I earned my Bastion skin, but not my Reinhardt skins.

Everything was watched on PC using Firefox. The Streams I watched:

I donāt remember how many games Iāve watched but it was around 5 or 6. After the first game I received the Bastion skin with no issues. However, Iāve been watching games since then and still havenāt gotten the Reinhardt skin.
