Every time I search for a competitive game it kicks me out of the game and a message appears ( failed to connect) although my network is good and when I play quick games nothing happens only in the competitive mood and now I’ve been banned twice and my rank have been affected!

Same here! Super frustrating and they don’t do anything about it.
