I just got docked 50 SR and suspended for 10 mins for the game’s inability to connect to the server. I seemed to get into the game (the queue popped) but the matchup never showed up and the “Play” button turned into a “Rejoin Match” button. I clicked it and saw a few comments in team chat but it said “Failed to connect to server” and then kicked me and treated me like a leaver. There was no loss of internet on my side. Wtf?
Same issue. Punished for Blizzard spending to much money on OWL and not on their servers it seems.
