So ever since the launch of Banning heroes in Competitive, I have been going through an ongoing issue with connecting to the actual match. After selecting heroes to ban, when the heroes are showcased to be banned, I receive a message saying “Failed to connect to server” and I’m brought back to the main menu. Now, this wouldn’t be that much of an issue if there wasn’t a penalization, but it’s now happen to me I want to say about 15 times this season, and I’m at the point where I’m suspended for “20 Hours”.
Blizzard, this is not a factor of my internet failing. I honestly have gotten a new router just a few weeks ago and this has been happening with both routers and I am LAN lined. This is a problem on your behalf and it is unfair that I’m being suspended from Overwatch for an issue that your servers are causing.
Please fix this, at least find a way to lift the Suspension Penalty after the Hero Ban selection process because this is really frustrating and like I said before, unfair that I’m being banned for something that is completely out of my control.
