Failed to complete 200 tiers in S11 for the first time?

So how many of you failed to complete all the 200 levels of the battle pass for the first time ever?

I am asking this because in season 11 they reduced the exp gained from the weekly challenges adding more to the frustration and of course to the experience of the players.
I personally made it barely and had no issue before. I was also doing my dailies each time, all the weekly challenges without missing any(except the ranked ones which I never did in all previous seasons) and all the event-specific ones.
I made a post before the end of season 11 and will make another one later these days to give the issue even more exposure.

I only play about an hour a day so I never complete the final tier. It requires far too much dedication for me to care.

After reaching lvl 80 I just reduce my dedication to the game.

Generally I only play to get to lvl 80, after that only if find some cool name tag, otherwise I just play whenever I want, no pressure to complete anything.

I never care about the BP, so I don’t see missing out on 200 as a fail.

I only got the Butcher title, because that season I bought the pass with free currency, and was actually having fun. Plus I like ol school Butcher from The Boys.

But I usually stop at 80 or whatever thing I wanted in the Bp.

Because grinding to unlock “Kaiju” isn’t how I spend my time gaming.

There isnt enough xp built into the weekly challenges anymore to make it to 200 without extreme grinding

I’ve only made it to 200 I think 3(?) times

But that has nothing to do with recent seasons…last season was actually my highest in a while…got to like 150 or so…

Im not grinding this game just to get a title

Ah very interesting, thank you for the replies.
It seems EXP is never enough and they should give us x2 the amount per week at least.

Also my opinion is that they should reduce the maximum tier from 200 to 150-170.
Design wise the premium tiers are poorly made considering it is for people who have paid for their battle pass…like people have paid already let them do stuff faster!

It always depends on how fun the season is and what other games I want to play. Last time I got to level 200 was during Halloween, so almost a year agao. I always look at the titles and then decide if I want to grind them. This season, “Pharaoh” is such a boring and basic level 200 title, that I will stop at 155 or 175 at the very least.

I’ve never even bothered to try completing those. There’s no point because there’s no content in the pass beyond lvl 80.

The prestige tiers titles aren’t worth the grind, though I generally easily reach level 200 just by playing. Completing the event challenges also give you a heap of XP usually.

Once I finish the 80 standard tiers, I typically scale back playing Overwatch until the next event starts in the season. Check weekly for the shop update, if nothing interesting, barely play, only when friends want to goof around.

That’s what Overwatch has become.

Last time I played in season 6 I got to level80 very easy. Not too hard of a grind but still a grind.

Last season I came back to the game and grinded the game for a good like 50 hrs and only made it to level80 with 2 days left.

I finished all my weeklies and tried to do most of my dailies and played only competitive.

They should make dailies worth 5k each tbh , or make weeklies 25k again instead

So long as I get 80 when I buy the BP I’m satisfied. Titles are one of the less impressive cosmetics.

Better than charms though.

Charms are still better than souveniers (in my opinion)

Are souvenirs the crappy emotes, or are they things that go on the guns.

Emotes.

Charms go on guns.
I like the charms, personally.

Oh souvenirs are the thing I hate. I’m indifferent to charms.

200? I haven’t even hit level 80 once
