I finally agreed to let my kid play overwatch. He was so excited he could barely sleep the night before, but today he gave up after waiting 25 minutes to get into the game. Is this normal? is there a way around this? I realize matchmaking and his endorsement level affect this, but is this the typical way to onboard new players?
If he tried playing this morning, the long que time is because there is a test going on for the new tank hero this weekend. So que times will be a lot longer than normal, but after a day or 2 they’ll be back to normal.
If you get into a group with at least 1 other person it drastically reduces queue time. As a duo queuing only tank and one flex we queued in 2 minutes
