Extreme lag after update and losing connection to server?

This is only happening after updating the game today and I just lost connection to game server MID GAME. this is so frustrating!!! Now everyone thinks i rage quit and i might get penalized!!!

I know some people stopped playing because of DC issues. Not sure if thatā€™s the same thing youā€™re running into.

There are just too many people returning for such a hype patch thatā€¦ Um, reverted armor and reduced headshot multipliers on a tank. People are climbing over each other just to get in the door. Itā€™s so exciting!

4 matches, 2 of which I dcā€™ed, 1 match was cancelled and 1 i actually finished. Wth?`?

Well on the bright side, at least there arenā€™t any punishing systems in this game that would go haywire for something like this.

Yeah I had it too. Had a comp game just now where tank disconnected a few seconds after it would actually cancel the match so it did not cancel the match. Happens every single update and every single patch. And it will continue happening because Blizzard.

EDIT: got a 2nd match where someone left as well just as we were winning so it ended in a loss. Lovely!

Got DCā€™d twice from games (only played 7 games), it doesnā€™t seem like I lost rank but it is annoying to not be able to play the game after getting a PATCH

The game barely has any players and it still struggles with traffic.

Happens every single time after an update. It is ridiculous at this point. I hear many people say ā€œdo not play after an updateā€. Yeah, you do not play at all, lol.

I was also having bad lag spikes. My game kept stopping and resuming. Iā€™m not sure if itā€™s an issue on my end or not.

It happened to me the last time there was a patch too. Prior to season 10 I did not have issues though.

I think this was a problem with people who were using mythic skins and they had to disable them in the mean time. Are you still getting disconnects after they removed mythics?
