honestly i expected little from this beta. and im still upset lol. this is a weak excuse from blizz to get the already fractured community back together, and all they ended up doing is making it worse. its now super boring to play supports and tanks since all you do is soak up damage or heal.

Supports are boring to play???
I thought supports’s experience would be much more thrilling since they can’t be healbots and hide behind 2 shields/tanks all game.
The people paid, in views, to advertise for Blizzard are saying it is good? Who would have thought?

“All you do is soak up damage” seems so demonstrably false that I wonder if you accidently launched the wrong game. Tanks are MORE active now than at any point in OW1 to the point where your feedback could have been about how you dislike how Soldier does 400 damage per shot and it would not have been more inaccurate.
If it makes you feel better, a lot of people in the discord are sharing the same thought.

I don’t know what “the discord” is, but I don’t trust advertisers or people susceptible to being advertised to. The game may very well be good or at least better, but until I can formulate my own opinion I’ll stick to facts rather than opinions.
We have to accept some people won’t like it and that’s fair, and some people are more focused on the ethics behind twitch/the beta, and some people are simply upset about not getting into the beta… but predominantly, I’m seeing a lot of hype and enjoyment

You see, I loved Orisa, so this is a loss.
I keep seeing a bunch of streamers (as well as a few friends) saying “wow it’s so much quicker now!” but it seems like everyone takes forever to die, and ults charge much slower.
So it’s like… sure people are running around a lot more and shooting a lot more before death, but what is actually happening by the end of the fight?
I dunno… just my 2 cents as a casual viewer of streams/someone who doesn’t have access to the beta
