Brig will not change for top ranks with this. she will be worse for ladder and that is always welcome.
EDIT: halt got a really big nerf, no one will play orisa in ranked. Rein is now 50 times better.
Sigma is officially an off tank. not possible to play as main tank now so rein is again 50 times better.
Sym will be better for low ranks, not a big deal for high ranks.
Zen is a dps, a nice change for high ranks, low ranks will still demand more raw healing.
The best part: Hog and Pharah. Thats a big fail here. These 2 will absolutely DOMINATE low ranks. This change cant go live.
As a console Pharah player I am very happy with the Pharah buffs
the projectile speed is on halt right? I don’t think her damage was altered at all.
the sigma nerfs are the best changes in this patch imo.
I’m not so sure about this. I don’t think the changes will make her super busted in top ranks but they are good changes nonetheless.
hog might but pharah definitely will. she will probably remain relatively niche in higher ranks but her mobility will make her much harder to play against in ranks where hitscan players don’t have the necessary aim to compete with her. I don’t know how the nerf to her passive balances this out so I guess we’ll just have to wait.

hog is moving back to 2-shot zarya and sigma. thats huge. pharah will get nerfed faster than genji if this goes live. pharmercy will be in every game.
I love playing pharah but this would definitely be toxic lmao. I haven’t actually tried out the changes yet so my opinion isn’t fully developed.
