These people only want the characters that counter them to be nerfed i.e: support mains hate genji, doom and tracer because they are dive dps and have a high kill potential. Dive mains hate brig because she is the devil incarnated created to counter them. Tank mains hate anything that gets buffed and mercy mains hate hitscan and genji. Everyone is biased based on their main. I’ve hardly seen any one that doesn’t main ana, mercy or zen complain about genji or doom.

Mehhh I play all those heroes and I only hate Genji not because he counters me, but because he is so god damn annoying and his players are (USUALLY) entitled as heck. The other flankers are meh to me I don’t really care about them. I’m more of a hate rat kinda of guy.

ik awkward is a zen tracer main, its just low ranks who are biased not as much
the only high rank players that complain about doomfist is hitscans, and thats cuz they are hitscan players LOL

I’m a Baptiste main and I think that Baptiste needs a nerf, I love all the hero’s in this game. I like it when my main get’s a buff, but I prefer the game itself to be healthy rather than my favorite hero to be the optimal pick in every scenario.

And besides, speaking for myself, I only suggest buffs/changes for the pleasure of suggesting. I’ve never asked for a nerf, because asking for a nerf just feels toxic and dumb, even if the character in question is legitimately overpowered

I’m able to do 1000x more work on tracer than Genji
True that. Zen main. i can write a four-tome encyclopedia of complaints about Doomfist mainly. Tracer and Genji are kind of annoying, but not too bad. Genji’s new deflect is pretty much the only thing i despise about him, otherwise he’s alright. But Doomfist? oh god.

That’s not true for all of us. If anything, it’s the PRO players that are like that.
I always chuckle when I see posts calling for absolutely massive nerfs to a character, and sometimes an entire role. It’s always this Chicken Little sense of nuance, where a character is completely destroying the game and needs to be hard nerfed yesterday.
