A lot of people are reporting skins missing, but I’m missing literally everything my account looks like it’s brand new. There’s no stats, no skins, no progress, not even icons

Same issue, played since beta, lost all heroes and skins.
Yes Im having the same issue and I havent been contacted by anyone from Blizzard yet. This money grab company is starting to piss me off.
Btw they wont help with this either. I’m missing alot of stuff (not everything) and their supports response is. “Are you sure you had it?” “Well we have no proof you owned it, oh we can see your transactions but you need to send us recipets or proof you earned it before we will attempt anything.” Have hoursssss of content on my YT plenty with my favorite skins I’m missing, and their response is “that could be faked we need actual proof”

Same issue. Had multiple tickets and yhe one time it seemed like it was getting somewhere i met my max respinse and had to open new. Now they are just repeating again saying to make sure it’s correct and they know about the issue but no fix date.
