Honestly if I could choose anyone to be next hero, it would either be Sasha Rhymes the omnic performance artist or one of the omnic trio in the Underground (Iggy, Lizzy, Lady)

Any of these could have a music-themed kit like Lucio and we def need more omnics and esp more female omnics in the game

Added! There’s always tiny things that slip thru, thank you.

I bet Overwatch ordered and supplied the training bots and set them up in a section of Gibraltar for their agents to train on during off-time hours.

I wonder if they got an outside company to create them, maybe Torb’s workshop, or Liao’s lab when she was alive, or if they made the bots themselves

I have no idea how I didn’t come across him, he was on the official “overwatch team” entry in the wiki pages that I foolishly skipped. It led me to find two ship pilots I had missed also :smiley:

I had mentioned the test subjects and a few by name in certain entries, but I went ahead and gave each one their own entry :smiley:

I only dream of oneday becoming a lore NPC myself for the game…

Yeah they’re in the group of “early concept designs pre-Overwatch release” of which there was a lot. I didn’t put any of these because they’re not in the game or any extended media,

they only exist as early concept arts (with the exception being when some of their portraits flash rapidly during “Recall” on Winston’s monitor, presumably so they could have filler for the sequence and just decided to re-use old concepts

And some are blatantly reworked into current heroes. Like Wilderbeast had Brig’s mace in original concepts, Hanzo and Genji were originally one hero named Hanzo, Mercy was named Angelica, etc

Updated the post to include new OW2 characters from the roster/cinematics/upcoming

I’m still probably missing characters, especially ones revolving around new maps as those aren’t anything I’ve dived deep into yet

so let me know if you can think of any!
