Can you please fix the matchmaking? It’s a tank diff every time. I can get 22 kills, go 22-0 as DPS doesn’t matter I LOSE because of tank diff.

That’s nothing to do with match making. That’s just the structure of overwatch now.
If I play tank badly, or get countered. You lose. The MMR of the tanks will still be the same.

this is how i went from s3 to b3 after staying in s3-4 for at least 3 weeks straight! and i only play Supp.
What does Blizzard want me to do? kill enemy tank when my teammate tank is a moron? well, i certainly cannot do that and Blizzard’s tank tweaks made sure of that!
If you are B3… you probably shouldn’t be worry about any misconceptions about what you think Blizzard are doing. You went from S3 to B3 because of things YOU were doing.

Yep I’m near done with this game. Been playing since OW1 as one of my main games. Every tank patch makes me feel like I have to counter tanks more and more or I will just be mauled all day by them. So fun. I play very few hours a week now and don’t buy battle passes anymore.

I agree with you 110% - every time I lose it’s someone else’s fault as well. So frustrating
With that mindset, you will continue to lose.

Yer not wrong. Every game I play I’m the tank diff.
What rank are you at? Might be able to give some advice, but winning at each level is a bit different.
oh yea you are so right. After staying in S3 for about 4 weeks, my skills suddenly deteriorated so much that I de-ranked to B3 in just a week… Right… bcoz this thought is very rational!
anyway. like i said before, I am done having a rational discussion with you coz you are incapable of appreciating a difference of opinion. You have blatantly refused to even acknowledge that a player’s skill does not deteriorate out of the blue that their ranks is reduced by 5-6 ranks! That is a rational thought my friend but you are incapable of appreciating that.

No one mentioned anything about your “skills”. But to drop around 500 SR, that isn’t an accident. That something you’ve done.
If you’re legitimately silver. It could simply be down to just a dip in performance, it could be that the drop coincided with a balance change. Something that is more likely to impact players in the lower ranks as they will be slower to adjust for various reasons.
The later is what I suspect as happened.
After reading this whole thread, you are clearly tilted. If you approach the game with the same levels of vitriol and anger you will not focus on what you can control, which is your own gameplay. Can you honestly say your own mindset is not affecting your performance negatively? We all lose ranks lol. Even the streamera occasionally dip into masters. Ive gone from plat to silver back to plat. I play tilted all the time, but its important to recognize you play significantly worse when tilted. Like whole ranks worth worse.

Nonsense. Tank diff is a guaranteed loss for your team.
If you’re playing in bronze. No tank is good. Be the difference yourself.
ALL my games are DPS diffs…like ALL DAY LONG. just brainddead dps
If you went 22-0 then you got pocketed, with your tank getting less heals. If your supports had helped out the tank more then you would have gone 19-4 and won that game.
