I played a match in mystery heroes and at some point every hero in the match turned into a bright orb no matter which hero i got and it didn’t get fixed.
Also, when i played Hammond whenever i got into Ball mode the camera glitched into the floor making it completely unplayable.
I took some screenshots but i cant find a way to add them.
This has been covered many times on the forums and is a sign of either a connection or hardware issue. It means the game isn’t able to load the assets and is showing placeholders. You’ll want to take a screenshot of the Netgraph in-game ctrl+shift+n and upload to imgur. Then provide a link. Also, this should be in #technical-support, please click the pencil icon and most your post there or make a new one
