Yet another event here i can’t queue up with my friend(s) to play it and earn the (really sad) rewards.

What event game mode are you talking about? The battle of olympus is the only new event game mode i know.
I like how they can force solo Q in this pointless mode. But won’t do it in QP.
Cause you have to EARN the achievements, you don’t get to kill trade with your friends for them.

I don’t want to stack anything. I want a game mode where i can queue with friends on a team. Again. FFA is crap.

There are team based MODES. The game is not 100% team based.
As other stated, this could be abused if you group with with friends.
