The event challenges for “complete 5 games of mischief and magic” and “complete 5 games of mirror watch” completely disappeared from my challenges. I only played 2 games and lost both, so there’s no way I completed them. Anyone else having this problem, or know what to do about it? I tried restarting my game but it’s still gone.

No, they seem to be gone and probably on purpose, because the Week 3: Can’t stop! Won’t stop! challenge requires only 1 challenge from this week instead of the original 3 challenges.
I noticed they were missing as well when I went to go see what all I needed to do. Sorta glad, did one Mirror Watch and Mercy’s ult is still OP, didn’t want to do more than that.
Good. Five games of Mirrorwatch would be pure torture with how horrendously awful it is.
