Wasn’t that hero made for people who were incapable of dealing with dive so why is it being played when there are 0 divers in the game

yeah you’re in the minority, i see a lot of brig abusers. It’s like overwatch 1 all over again, brig gets releaed, ends up ruining the game for everyone and basically killing it
She pairs great with Juno, she can protect her support teammate from flankers, and she’s fun to play.

Yea I agree I am. I one tricked Lucio for the last 1.5yrs or so of OW1 then found Brig early in OW2 and mained both of them since then

Because, no matter what people think, we are still in a dive meta with a lot of dive heroes running around. The Dva nerf did not dethrone her current position and just made it easier to kill her outside of DM.
I also still see quite a lot of Winston around. Not to mention that the reduction of the knock back resistance of tanks, was a indirect buff for brig.
TLDR: Its still her meta, let her be.

Brigs healing output is kinda crazy now, the buffs to her pack cd made her have crazy uptime if ur patient with them, she lets dps play much more freely
Because she protects the other support. That’s her main job. I don’t think she’s broken or anything.

Because dive isn’t the only spec with flankers. The changes she has undergone in the last couple of years took her out of the “she exists to counter dive” rut and made her into a very solid all purpose support.
