I keep having to restart the queue because of this bug. This only started happening after I updated overwatch. It’s really annoying because I can’t get into a game like this.

Same. I literally have to sit there on the game found for like three minutes or so after it keeps saying error starting game trying again. Then it throws us into it with only one player missing then takes us out to reque only to do it all over again. I’m in the PlayStation 4.

This issue just started for me. The game updated and now I can’t get into any games.

I got this error on my screen twice even though I was on the map and my team partially filled but the doors were open and the other team did not fill so we attacked each other for a min or so then the game dumped me back at the queue screen with a priority requeue.
I queued again and the next match I got into everyone was lagging and teleporting all over, I asked if it was the same for everyone else who said it was…then I just got dumped back on the Play screen. So really idk wtf is going on rn.

Yep, ever since the update a couple hours ago I get this message after waiting for a few minutes on “game found, connecting to server” and it kicks me back to the menu with priority requeue.

This is also happening in custom games. But when it does happen in customs you have to ALT + F4 and launch the game again in order to escape the endless error loop, because for some reason you cannot open up the menu and leave the custom game that way.

It only does this with comp for me. I feel like they arent updating the game to fix anything, they are just doing it to see “what would our players do if we broke this thing” they need to get it together

Same issue, been happening for over an hour now. Really, really frustrating. Keeps happening with over 300 ping. It isn’t my internet either like they keep implying… also seemed to work just fine in OW1…

I’ve gotten into a few matches, but yeah, it’s a lot of error starting game. I’m queuing support, so it only takes like 10s to try again, but it’s still pretty annoying.

Yep. It’s like this for more than a hour. “Error starting game” on all gamemodes. And sometimes it starts, but with 300+ ping and all heroes wobbling.
