Error LC-208.001 for the past 3-4 months

I randomly lost access to my Overwatch account at the end of march this year and still not letting me into it. (i am not banned)

LC-208.001 Error

i’m on (PS5/XBOX/NINTENDO SWITCH) but i mainly play on PS5, the same account just connected to all my devices and i am getting the error on all platforms

i have had my account since 2016

i have most of all the rare/old skins and cosmetics.

and have spent a lot of money on the game.

i logged in one morning and it just didn’t let me in, i thought it was server issues but now i know it wasn’t.

i could use as much help as i can get, i hate the fact that my account has just gone, and i asked blizzard when i contacted them if my account had any type of suspension/ban and they said no, they aren’t helping me at all, they just told me that there was nothing they could do :frowning:

i have already

checked my network configuration

reset my network devices

optimised my internet connection

and run my built in consoles connection test

i have also
uninstalled and reinstalled the game

disconnected and reconnected my battlenet to all my console accounts

Used a different network

contacted my console’s manufacturer, nothing has worked

Please i would really love my account back please please

What type of internet is it? Are they blocking gaming traffic?
