Tech Support. I tried to log on after an update, and I keep getting this error

Failed to Load Function.
Module: KERNEL32.dll
Import: GetOverlappedResultEx
Error code: 127
The specified procedure could not be found.

Are you running Windows 7? I ask because Windows 7 supported ended for Overwatch 2.
