Error code (LC-208.001)

It’s been quite literally 5 weeks! At the start of this season the second the season dropped at 5am (for me). I got on late that night, played one game, spent money for the next morning, after waking up and trying to play I got an error code. Day one of this season. Since then, til now I have still not been able to play. I get the same error code, and this useless support system doesn’t help. I had a 5 week old support ticket and they tell me it’s a problem with Xbox so I need to go to their support. But Xbox support says it’s only Overwatch so it’s a problem concerning only their support team. I’m getting sent back and forth for 5 weeks. No one can help me and it’s to the point where even Blizzard support is telling me to seek help from the forums. How incompetent can a million dollar company be?!?! Took my money and haven’t let me back on. I have done everything I can on my end. Literally name it and I’ve done it.
Uninstalled Overwatch, Cleared Storage Chache in settings, factory reset my Xbox, turned off my internet, waited 30 minutes… then tried turning it back on and reinstalling the game. But I still get the same error code no matter what Error Code (LC-208.001)! My nephew even logged into his account on my Xbox and it worked!!! So basically I’ve been kicked off my account but not banned! I haven’t received any ban info or emails.
