Error code 5001

I cant send friend requests or invites to people bc of error code 5001, ive looked at the steps to fix it but im on ps4 and have the mobile app. I dont have access to a computer to clear out my outgoing friend requests. So im wondering if theres any solution for the mobile app or on my console itself.

Hi, I’m a volunteer. I am not aware of any way to clear out the requests other than via the desktop client.

Thanks, i was able to borrow a friend’s laptop and fix it
