I have no bans on my account, but error code -1002 keeps popping up every day, changing between banning me from voice chat, or text chat. It’s been going on for a year now and support has been unable to help via Twitter, please help, it’s not a issue on my Wi-Fi end.
Twitter and the forums are not direct contacts for account issues. You would need to use the ticket system if you have questions about a ban.
